With the basic plan, You get an 18% discount on all services and repairs. With the advanced plan the discount increases to 25%
Yes, You can cancel your care plan after a minimum of six months. This minimum period help prevent misuse of discounted services and keeps the plan fair for everyone
Eligible bikes include brand-new bicycles or bikes that have been se recently serviced. At the moment, care plans are not available for E-bikes, cargo bikes or bicycles used for commercial use
